Walk in with the bike during opening hours — no appointment required for standard service, though fitting and large rebuilds are better booked. We aim for three working days on typical jobs; race-week rush slots when capacity allows.
Shipping suspension units in is welcome. We confirm receipt, complete the service, and send them back ready for the weekend.
