Information on bikes, parts, prices, and services is provided for general orientation. Stock, specifications, and labour prices may change without prior notice. Binding offers are confirmed in writing or at the point of sale in the workshop.

3. Enquiries and forms

Messages sent through the contact form or by email are requests for information or booking, not automatic contracts. We will respond using the contact details you provide. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Sales and workshop services

Purchases of goods and workshop services (repairs, suspension service, fitting, protection film, custom builds) are governed by Czech law, including consumer protection rules where you act as a consumer. Written order confirmations, invoices, and workshop intake notes form part of the agreement. Warranties for goods follow manufacturer terms and applicable Czech and EU consumer law.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, layout, and branding on this site belong to Krab Street Cycles or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Liability

We strive to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by Czech law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising solely from use of the website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be handled by the competent Czech courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
